Living meditation

L.M. acknowledges that meditation is a living, breathing practice and also a practice for living and breathing through thick and thin, no matter what life presents.  You can think of L.M. as inner yoga for living in the real world. 'Yoga' because it includes practices and involves methods, and "inner" because the practices primarily focus on how we experience ourselves; our thoughts, feelings, beliefs, emotions, and of course the way those inner energies manifest as our actions and our life situation.

Freedom is a state of mind. When we feel free, we are free. It's that simple, but it will inevitably become over-complicated and hard to 'attain' if we allow our habitual ways of being and doing to keep running the show.
